Cameras do not power up. Contact with tech support indicated they would send another pwoer supply. 4 weeks later they have not sent power supply and tech support wanted to do more telephone troubleshooting. Not customer friendly

For using for couple of hours, it’s been flawless android Tv box. Comes with 2gb ram with 8fb storage which is enough to get many apps from play store. You can also connect key board and mouse through usb connector or 4.0 Bluetooth. It supports true 4K and Dolby sound for many applications. So far I have owned this product for a week. I will provide future updates….We decided to move to Lorex cameras to get away from subscriptions. We previously had the Arlo pro HDs.When we first hooked it up there was no motion being detected. We left it about 24 hours and then motion started becoming detected. We then were able to edit the zones and sensitivity so it appears that it needs some time to learn motion.It states that it comes with color night vision, there is no color night vision on the DVR settings and at night time it only appears to have IR. The IR is very good though and I am happy with it. They mentioned that the color night vision only comes if you have ambient lighting, we do have ambient lighting but the picture is not that great.It is generally easy to set up. We did have to order longer BNC cables. It only comes with 60 ft. The picture quality is better than the Arlo HD but not as good as what it advertises. It picks up faces and license plates fine.The Lorex home app is better than the Arlo app in my opinion. There is no long connect time. It only takes seconds to load the video and play it. I’m very impressed with how it works. It also looks similar to the Arlo app as well so it was not difficult to navigate.There is a siren and a floodlight for the camera. They’re basically worthless. The siren cannot be heard and sounds more like bees buzzing. The floodlight really is just a deterrent and does nothing to brighten picture quality at night time.Other than that I am extremely satisfied with these cameras. Moving from Arlo I assume that I would lose a lot of features that I was used to. That turned out to be the opposite I actually gained many features and saved 500 plus dollars on equipment and do not have to pay a subscription fee!
